CRM & API Integrations
Connect CRMs, ERPs, databases, and legacy tools into one observable source of truth — clean APIs, logs, retries, and documentation.
// Overview
We build reliable bridges between HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, custom databases, and legacy systems. Single source of truth, clear logs, automated retries, and documentation your team can use.
// How This Helps You
- One source of truth for all enterprise data
- No more data silos or manual syncing
- Resilient pipelines with full error tracking
- Documentation that speeds up onboarding
// What's inside
Everything that powers this service
REST / GraphQL APIs
Clean, documented endpoints that expose and connect your system data securely.
Bidirectional sync
Two-way, conflict-aware syncing keeps CRM, ERP, and database records aligned.
Legacy connectors
Adapters for older or in-house systems with no modern API — file-based, SOAP, direct DB.
ETL / ELT pipelines
Extract, transform, and load data into warehouses and dashboards.
Single source of truth
A canonical data model and dedupe so one trusted record exists everywhere.
Observability
Pipeline logging, automatic retries, dead-letter handling, and failure alerts.
Auth & security
OAuth 2.0, secrets management, and role-based access across every integration.
Docs & handover
API specs, data-flow diagrams, and runbooks your team can actually operate.
For your company
- Close the integration gap that leaves enterprise apps siloed
- Reclaim IT time spent rebuilding custom integrations
- End the time staff lose hunting for information
- Cut duplicate and stale records that corrupt reporting
- Lay the clean-data foundation that analytics and AI require
For your customers
- Staff see one complete, current record — no repeated questions
- Orders, payments, and tickets don't silently fail between systems
- Faster quoting, shipping, and resolution with no manual lookups
- Consistent numbers because data flows from one verified source
// Compared
Disconnected systems vs. one source of truth
| Disconnected systems | Integrated source of truth | |
|---|---|---|
| Data | Siloed, contradictory | Single trusted record |
| Syncing | Manual exports and re-keying | Automated, both directions |
| Failures | Silent and untracked | Logged, retried, alerted |
| Reporting | Numbers never quite match | Consistent across every tool |
| AI readiness | Data too messy to use | Clean foundation for AI |
// How we deliver
From kickoff to launch
Systems & data audit
Inventory apps, sources, and gaps; define the source-of-truth model.
Architecture & API design
Design clean APIs, data mappings, sync rules, and the observability layer.
Build connectors
Develop integrations, ETL flows, and legacy adapters with auth and security.
Test & document
Verify data integrity and failure handling; deliver API docs and diagrams.
Deploy & monitor
Launch with logging, alerting, and retry monitoring, plus runbooks.

All servicesFrequently asked questions
- Which CRMs do you work with?
- We integrate through published APIs, which covers the mainstream platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho — as well as ERP systems and in-house databases. If a system exposes an API or a database we can reach, it can usually be connected. We confirm feasibility during the audit, before you commit.
- Our CRM is heavily customised. Is that a problem?
- It is normal, and it is why we audit first. Custom objects, unusual field mappings and legacy workflows all change the integration design. What we will not do is quote a fixed price before understanding what is actually in there.
- Do we have to replace our existing systems?
- No. The usual approach is a middleware layer that connects what you already run, so data moves correctly without a migration project. Replacement only comes up when the existing system genuinely cannot do what you need, and we would say so plainly.
- How do you handle duplicate and conflicting records?
- With explicit rules you approve: which system is authoritative for each field, how records are matched, and what happens on conflict. This is decided during design rather than left to whichever sync ran last, because that is where silent data corruption starts.
- What happens if an integration breaks after handover?
- Every project includes a warranty period, typically 30–90 days, covering defects in what we built. After that, optional support retainers cover monitoring and fixes. Integrations also break because a third party changes their API, which is why we build alerting rather than assume silence means success.
